Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center
The Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center strength room had not been updated in several years, and was in need of a total refresh. Erick Anderson from the Pacific Fitness Products team worked with them for several years in the planning stages of evaluating what equipment mix would work best for their wide range of patrons. They have a large senior population, with younger participants as well.
Strength room receives a better range of equipment
The number of selectorized pieces was reduced, and more space was added for free weights and racks. Discovery Series Selectorized and Benches and Racks were selected to meet their needs due to durability, ease of use, and ergonomics.
The Rec Center also features primarily all Precor cardio equipment installed in 2015 with 835 series treadmills, ellipticals, AMTs, and bikes. This facility is a great community focal point with ice rink, pool, and many more amenities.
