Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Garrett has been immersed in the fitness and athletic industry since 2006. He holds a Master’s in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco and has built a diverse career spanning role as a Varsity Baseball Coach, Athletic Director, and Facilities and Operations Manager. A Certified Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer, he brings passion, leadership, and experience to every aspect of his work. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his wife and two kids, exploring new destinations around the country.
