Our Washington team was able to design and create a state-of-the-art gym featuring treadmills, cyber cycles, and circuit training options. Residents will find exercise machines that track personal fitness goals, and an encouraging environment where concerns are heard and goals are exceeded.
Cardio equipment included is from Precor, CyberCycle, and Concept2. Functional and strength training offerings are from Precor, Keiser, PRISM and Tag Fitness.
This fitness space will for sure foster active lifestyles, social connections, and overall well-being in resident’s later years.
