Plaza at Yarrow Bay
The Plaza at Yarrow Bay is a premier multi-tenant office campus located in Kirkland WA. It features four multi-tenant buildings totaling 284,313 square feet of office space. The lush campus setting also features walking trails and outside decks positioned at the gateway to Seattle’s Eastside. Our WA team was hired to create fitness space that allowed employees to access a premier gym right next to their office.
Included in the project were high quality equipment pieces and brands including Precor, Peloton Commercial, Echelon and more.
This premier amenity now provides tenants with a state-of-the-art space that seamlessly blends functionality and modern design, promoting a health-conscious lifestyle within this multi-tenant community.
