Pacific Fitness Products partnered with The Rotunda Building ownership team to design and install the Uncommon Wellness Studio, a one-of-a-kind fitness center located within one of Oakland’s most iconic historic landmarks.

Originally built in 1912, The Rotunda is known for its stunning glass dome and architectural character. Today, the building has been reimagined with modern amenities—blending history with a new standard of workplace wellness. At the center of this transformation is the Uncommon Wellness Studio, a bold and thoughtfully designed space highlighted by a striking mural that creates a truly unique fitness experience.
